Every autumn here is the season to harvest peanuts, and everyone cooks some peanuts to eat. Some cook them but can't finish them, so they sun dry them. In winter, sitting on the kang and eating them has a unique flavor.
Raw materials: fresh peanuts, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, seasoning, salt.
Method steps:
Step 1: Take some fresh peanuts, wash them, put them in an electric pressure cooker, add the ingredients, Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, and salt. I added more and cooked them until cooked
Step 2: Put the cooked peanuts outside to dry. I sun dried them for about 3 days on good weather.
Step 3: These are sun dried peanuts, which we usually store and occasionally take out to taste.
Step 4: Place the dried peanuts on an electric baking pan and bake them until the kernels are crispy and fragrant.
Step 5: The peanuts are ready to be roasted. Personally, I think baking them in an oven will enhance the flavor!
